Violence and abuse is not always physical - it takes many forms and affects people in different ways.

You may think that it is your fault when someone abuses you, or that you can fix the situation alone. No one has the right to hurt you. Telling someone else may seem hard, but seeking help is the best thing you can do - there are many people who can assist you
