Consumer.gov.au is the official site of the Council for Consumer Affairs. Select ‘Consumer Rights’ for frequently asked questions and recalled products.

Visit the website of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission to learn how to stand up for your rights in the market place. The ACCC promotes competition and fair trading, and is the national watchdog for unfair business practices.
